Employee of the Month: Betty Chebet

1. What is your role at AB Entheos, and how does your work make a difference?

I serve as the Project Manager at AB Entheos and my role entails coordinating with different departments to ensure projects are delivered on time. I also work very closely with our clients and partners during and after the project period.

2. What has been your most memorable moment or achievement at AB Entheos?

I’ve experienced many memorable and meaningful moments at AB, but one that stands out is the launch of the HumanWildlife Conflict (HWC) Insurance scheme in Kenya. It has been inspiring to see the interest and momentum it has gained across the continent, and even more rewarding to witness the impact it continues to have on communities affected by HWC.

3. If you had to describe AB Entheos in three words, what would they be and why?

Passionate, Innovative, Courageous

4. If you could swap jobs with anyone at AB Entheos for a day, who would it be and what would you hope to learn?

John Mark! I would love to be able to build systems from scratch. Systems that simplify and streamline various processes in different fields

5. Which is the best piece of career or life advice you have ever received?

 Do your best at all times.

6. What’s something that brings you joy? A hobby, a hidden talent, and a fun fact about your life?

Watching tennis (I’d like to play it someday), reading books, spending time with family and watching good films. I also really love nature and being within it (especially mountains). One of my dreams is to visit the Himalayas, the Alps, the Andes and other mountain ranges in the world.

7. If you could have any superpower (or be something entirely different in another life), what would it be and why?

Teleportation or time travel. I would love to travel through time and experience the most significant moments in history.
