Team Spotlight: Denis Rotich

1. What is your role at AB Entheos, and how does your work make a difference?

In my role as a Systems Engineer, I design, implement, and maintain the technical infrastructure that supports the company’s operations.

2. What has been your most memorable moment or achievement at AB Entheos?

My most memorable experience was developing and deploying an insurance system in two countries that allowed for faster claims processing. Seeing these systems help people recover more quickly after unexpected events was incredibly rewarding.

3. If you had to describe AB Entheos in three words, what would they be and why?

Agile, Innovative, Strategic

4. If you could swap jobs with anyone at AB Entheos for a day, who would it be and what would you hope to learn?

CVOs, I would like to see how end users of the system use and interact with our technology, and also figure out what improvements we can have to make their work easier. I would also like to learn how communities feel about the work AB is doing.

5. Which is the best piece of career or life advice you have ever received?

A calm mind keeps you cool.

A calm mind helps you stay in control, make better decisions, and maintain your well-being even when things around you are tense or chaotic.

6. What’s something that brings you joy? A hobby, a hidden talent, and a fun fact about your life?

I enjoy watching sports and spending time with friends and family.

7. If you could have any superpower (or be something entirely different in another life), what would it be and why?

Teleportation, I have never liked travelling.
