Team Spotlight: Rahab Nyamoita
1. What is your role at AB Entheos, and how does your work make a difference?
In my role as a Project Assistant, I drive successful project execution by tracking progress, managing stakeholder relationships, and providing comprehensive administrative and budget support.
2. What has been your most memorable moment or achievement at AB Entheos?
My most memorable achievement has been witnessing the launch of WILD Cover in Kafue, Zambia, and the community’s positive reception, which truly reflects our team’s dedication and effort in promoting resilience.
3. If you had to describe AB Entheos in three words, what would they be and why?
Unique, driven, and innovative because of our relentless commitment to pioneering solutions that build resilience, are community-centered, and transform development into lasting impact.
4. If you could swap jobs with anyone at AB Entheos for a day, who would it be and what would you hope to learn?
I’d swap jobs with Dennis to learn how to maintain systems and keep them running smoothly, though mastering it would take more than a day.
5. Which is the best piece of career or life advice you have ever received?
The best advice I have received is that there is always room to refine my craft, a reminder to stay curious, keep learning, and never settle
6. What’s something that brings you joy? A hobby, a hidden talent, and a fun fact about your life?
I enjoy watching sports, especially Formula 1, football, and athletics, although it’s less enjoyable when my team loses. Growing up, I loved playing football, volleyball, and even dabbled in basketball, which gave me a real appreciation for teamwork and competition.
7. If you could have any superpower (or be something entirely different in another life), what would it be and why?
In another life, I would be a ballerina or an artist. Both let you tell powerful stories without words, through movement or color. Plus, I think trading spreadsheets for stage lights or a canvas would be quite the adventure.
